Come and shop at 46 year old Christmas market that showcases over 200 local and national vendors and supports North Texas organizations by donating a portion of the proceeds. This is a fun activity to do with any of your shopping friends. Tickets start at $20.

DALLAS ARBORETUM + BOTANICAL GARDENS

Have you heard of “The Great Pumpkin”? Charlie Brown ring a bell? Well, you can reengage your inner child and visit a real life great pumpkin patch right in the center of Dallas. If you have not visited before, this is a fantastic photo opportunity. The Dallas Arboretum has excellently executed this incredible piece of art for your enjoyment starting in September 16th - November 5th. Tickets are required and start at $12 if you are not a part of the Dallas Arboretum.

Where can you find a larger then life cowboy and fried pickled pizza? The Texas State Fair.
There is little that says fall more than the State Fair in Texas…okay maybe, football but this is a close second! With more food, activities and people then any other event this season you are undoubtedly in for a treat when you visit the State Fair. Eat your heart out while feast your eyes on Big Tex. Run into a gigantic dinosar while you explore the fair grounds. And don’t forget to stop by the rodeo!
