Ashton Theiss represented the buyer of this breathtaking Piedra Valley Ranch located in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The nearly 10,000-acre ranch features quintessential Colorado landscape that includes mountains, meadows, creeks and pastures. The $31.5 million deal was a “milestone” deal for Ashton and The Ashton Agency, which she founded in 2020. Purchased by a North Texas business founder through an environmental and wildlife conservation foundation, the ranch will be the perfect backdrop to protect and conserve for future generations.
